Review content:
We are new to the area, and tried VV on the recommendation of our neighbor. The staff are very loving with the animals, and very professional with their treatments. There is occasionally a long wait, but after seeing our doctor, I understood why. They take so much time and interest with you, you are never made to feel rushed. After reading the negative review on this website, all I can think is the reviewer needs to lighten up. Some of the staff can be blunt, and their humor may come off as "dry." This is just their style. Most of the staff here are extremely polite and easy to talk to. I wish I could find a pediatrician with the qualities of these doctors!
