I recently purchased a cd box set for my husband for Valentines day. He was really excited and opened it to find 4 random gospel cds instead of the correct artist. When I brought it back to the store the next day (the day after it was purchased), I was told that it was impossible for this to happen. Not only were the Barnes and Noble employees unhelpful, but they treated me as though I were trying to steal. While I am sure this is an isolated incident that they do not see often, I would expect more respect and helpfulness.
