Review content:
Avoid this place! I used a groupon and I have long hair and went to get a trim. The woman parked herself on a chair behind me and cut along a line on the gown! She never checked to see if the cut was even - it is half an inch longer on the left side! The cut is choppy and looks awful. She then proceeded to blow dry my hair by holding the hairdryer on one spot for up to 30 seconds, burning the hair badly. I repeated told her I don't like my hair blow dryed, but she wouldn't stop. To make it worse she pointed the blow dryer straight down and never lifted the hair, creating burned spots on my scalp and taking all the life out of the crown of my hair. I am just astonished that she never once looked at the hair cut from the front or considered rounding the front off like I specifically requested. HORRIBLE!
