I have been a client for about 6 years, I have always been impressed by the doctors, and the affordability of the services offered is truly worth mentioning. However, if your looking for warm welcoming front office staff, keep looking, seems like they only have a couple of knowledgeable, caring front office personel, the others definitely lack people skills and share alot of uneduated information with clients. Being a former receptionist for a large and small animal clinic, I guess I have come to expect a much higher level of service. If your willing to wait a few hours and are looking for an almost pediatric office type enviroment for your pets it's worth the time and the drive down Dixie to Shively Animal Hospital, staff is exceptional, friendly, knowledgable and definitely worth the wait and they are actually a little bit less expensive than Dixie and offer alot of medical procedures not offered elsewhere.
Pros: Great vets, location and affordability
Cons: some of the office personal come off as rather unfriendly and almost rude to a degree
