I can't say enough about how much I appreciate Dr. Santos and the rest of the staff at the Westside Hospital for Cats. Our had to have surgery on his bladder after he suffered a blockage. We were so nervous about the procedure and the recovery. Dr. Santos was knowledgeable, kind, and patient that we immediately knew we had made the right decision in choosing her and this facility for our cat. Our cats spent about 4 days in the hospital after the surgery. In that time we called constantly for updates and visited often. The staff always made us feel welcome. They were great with detailed updates and reassuring us that all was well. Our little guy is doing very well now, thanks to Dr. Santos and the Westside Hospital for Cats. I love that they only see cats. The facility is so clean and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone who loves their cat and wants the best for them!
