I was referred to this rug expert by a reputable rug company in Cary Town. I had a runner that my elderly dog urinated on and needed to get it professionally cleaned. Christian-Lorraine makes you sign a disclaimer form before they will take your rug. (not an option). They ruined my rug completely. When we spoke to the employee and owner they did take any responsibility. Urine and cleaning chemicals will ruin your rug and they knew it was highly likely to happen, yet they didn't mention nor cared about good customer service. They showed me the disclaimer form where it states they are not liable. End of story. We asked for reimbursement of our cleaning fee of $60 and they said no. Terrible customer service, no apologies, basically didn't care. Stay away and tell everyone you know to save their money and go elsewhere if you have the same situation. I have a house full of oriental rugs and will never go to them to clean any of them because of they way I was treated. Basically they returned to me a very clean ruined rug! If I could have rated -1 star that would be the best I could fathom.
