Review content:
Well, I am use to going to clinic where I feel I am treated like a number rather a person, but at this facility, the doctor was so thorough about everything he did in the exam room, teaching me, advising me, explaining everything to me. Awesome doctor! And then I figured okay I wonder what the staff is like and then to my amazement they were just the same explaining and teaching me about everything and even showing me how to save money and squeezing out all the benefits from my insurance plan and gave awesome discounts on my second pair. I truly felt like they were treating me like family only to be told later that it is a family owned business and they have been at it since 1982. I am so there every year!
Pros: Doctor, Staff, Products, Glasses, Contacts, Rx Lenses, Lab, Services, Prices, Turn around, Attitude.....
Cons: Need more staff but they said they are hiring more very soon.....
