Been taking my two dogs there for the last 18 months. even though they were on the expensive side, they were close by and I do like the (current) doctor there, Dr. Thompson. But I've had it with their boarding, and after a conversation with their "customer relations" manager, who was anything but helpful or courteous, I've decided that I have better places to drop $5K (which is about what I've spent there in the last 18 months between vaccines, spaying, boarding, exams, etc). The last two times I've boarded them, I've had issues.
Pros: Current doctor is excellend
Cons: Over-priced, inept management
