This program really works!! I have been on the program for a little over 4 months and i have lost a total of 42 pounds, I feel GREAT!!! The increase in my energy level, and confidence are just a plus with this weight loss program. It really has helped to know that i have a positive, encouraging support system to turn to...thanks True Weight Loss Clinic!!!
