Review content:
I went in to this salon for a consultation and had no idea that I would leave with a whole new perspective on Mount Pleasant and common courtesy. Too many times, people stereotype certain locations (I was one of them) and I've always thought of Mount Pleasant as a "snooty city full of rich people with attitudes who are used to getting what they want". When I walked into London Hair, I was politely greeted by the front desk receptionist and I told them I was here for a consultation. They took me right in and made me feel right at home while filling me with what came across to me as years of knowledge, wisdom and firsthand experience about the hair industry, hair products, cut/color, style, and pretty much anything involving hair and the hair industry. I was very comfortable after that point and I fully trusted that they knew their stuff. My very first result: a cut with layers and I *loved* it! I came back about 2 months later and had a color done in addition to a trim and, once again, it looked FABULOUS!!! Pros: top-notch, extremely knowledgable about the hair industry Cons: none
