My friend took her super cute Maltese puppy there.. and they gave it a chop shop job instead of making her cuter..The groomer shaved her practically completely which is not what they asked for and cut her facial hair to look like a schnauzer.. a boy schnauzer :-( and they said they did this because the dogs fur was matted and then charged twelve dollars extra , when I know for a fact that the dog's fur was not matted because my mom had combed her the night before with no problem. I would never take my dog there, I feel that my friend was ripped off and taken advantage of. I could have done a better trim job.. at least mine would have been even.. and I could have done that for free. :-( SO a word to the wise.. stay away from the butchers.. er,... I mean barbers that bark if you want to save more than your money.. like your dogs vanity. The noble thing would be for these people to give my friend her forty bucks back.
