I have an american eskimo and he is a very shy and sensitive dog. When I moved to N Ridgeville 18 mos. ago I was worried because I needed to find a good groomer in the area. Well I did. The staff is extremely friendly. My dog now gets the best cut ever. When he returns home he is not scared or in a bad mood so I know they treat him well. I would not take him anywhere else. They also give out the cutest ornaments during the holidays with the hair they cut from your dog inside the glass ornament. They go the extra mile!! I highly recommend them!!
