Review content:
Soon as I walked in and began to check my car in for services, their manager named Pat (who did an oversell of his services over the phone) was having a conversation about how certain customer was so unhappy with their service that they contacted their regional manager. I should have walked away right then, because that's the only way they can sell their service and usually no repeat customers. So as I sat in the waiting area to get my car serviced, I was feeling extremely worried. They had this kids working on cars and it seemed like they needed help every other minute from their manager. Two hours later, my car was done and the price they were asking were about $150 more than what I was told over the phone. To make the long story short, I was fighting a losing battle. They already had done the work and they refused to take these hidden fees because it was part of the service. Driving away with full regrets (after spending over $850 dollars) it was amazing to find that my car wasn't driving like it suppose to! It started to wabbled, shake and vibrate. Pros: NTB is a great place for those with little time to spare on cars! Cons: This particular chain makes NTB look really bad.
