I rarely take the time to sit down and write reviews about places unless I had a bad experience but I really wanted to tell everyone about our wonderful experience at First Serve. We are new to tennis and we went to this store because a friend of mine recommend it to me. The minute we walked in the owner greeted us and was very nice and spent almost an hour with us showing us all of the different rackets they had to offer. He was extremely patient with us newbies and made us feel very comfortable. He never tried to over sell us rather recommending we buy lower priced rackets since we were just learning to play. It is so nice to know there are still small businesses out there who really take time to help their customers like they did with us.
