I looked and visited all over the Nashville area for a quality instructor. Most of the dojo's I visited seemed to be interested in the number of students and not the quality of instruction. Mr. Hayden is the only sensei I met who conducted the classes himself instead of one his students. Mr. Hayden studied under Cecil Patterson who studied under the originator of Wado Ryu Karate. You will not be disappointed.
Pros: instruction, inexpensive, convenience
