BF Myers has excellent customer service. I think that you don't often get this from most Furniture stores. We bought a Jamison Comfort Choice and it is the best mattress we have ever slept on. Jamison will also take care of their customers. Their customer service representative is one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. Thanks for all your help Jamison and BF Myers.
Pros: Good customer service. Delivery falls a little short.
