Review content:
I was hesitant to have my taxes done at new h and r block location, especially in laveen. I have to say I had so much trouble making an appointment. The woman at the front desk couldn't even work the computer, she had a long line of people waiting, the phones were ringing and yet she just stood there. I decided to call directly to avoid her a few days later.
Cons: No one seemed to know what they were doing.
