Review content:
Even though Running Pond Acres is 20 miles from my house, when I go out of town and need to have my dogs boarded, this is where I go. Be advised that it is expensive--$31/day for the first dog, $19 for the second if they're sharing a "suite"--but it's worth the price. The dogs have a TON of room--no small cages here--and they're free to run all over the fenced yard. Someone is supervising the dogs at all times from 7 A.M.-9:30 P.M., and the owners live on-site, which is reassuring. There is a huge, in-ground swimming pool that they can swim in for an additional fee and lots of little plastic wading pools to cool off in. The owners are very well-informed and have tons of dog experience. I feel my pups are in great hands when I leave them here, and that peace of mind is worth the $50+ per day that I spend here.
