Businiess name:  Salon Olivia Todd

Review content:
I am certain that all the good reviews here were written by the people who work at this TERRIBLE salon, coz this is probably the only website people have said good things. I wish there was had an option to give negative reviews, coz this place really deserves it!! I cannot believe they are still trying to sell their coupons online. The reason I even bought mine when I did was that there were just a few reviews at the time, an equal number favoring, and an the same number saying they were terrible. I gave them the benefit of doubt and bought the coupon considering they had some nice pictures on the deal site as well as Olivia Todds own website. Myself and a friend went recently to the Smyrna branch, and OH MY GOD, I was HORRIFIED with what I saw. The place looked AWFULLLL!! More over, I went there to relax, and instead was directed to a nail station where I had to sit hunchbacked while I got my nails done, if that is what you can call it. There was no soaking my hands which is what you need to get down for a manicure .... all she did was file my nails down (I dunno why she couldn't cut it first and then file them), and then she shoddily removed some of my cuticles, then proceeded to put some suspicious looking cream on my hands.... no massage, and then painted my nails... BADLY. ANY idiot knows that you can't just put one thick coat.... you have to put a thin coat, let it dry and then put another coat. She just slapped on a thick coat so it didn't dry and I had it all podgy till it got all ruined. contd.
