I can't even believe this place is still in business. My experience in this facility was like being in the twilight zone. I think the name of this place should be changed to Rude 'a' roo's. Last week I had the most horrible experience ever in a retail store. The thought crossed my mind that I was on a hidden camera show, the customer service was so bad. The owner (initially thought she was just an employee) was ridiculously rude and controlling. It was seriously creepy and weird. I was unable to touch anything in the store. I wasn't even sure if I would write this review, because I never write reviews. But this experience was so outrageous that I had to share this with some of you. I can tell you that I'm never going to step foot in that place again. For a joke, I a
