We recently moved to town and went to Ardan b/c of the convenient location. My husband had a sports massage from Colleen. He said it was one of the best he's had. (He's a tough critic.)I went for an eyebrow wax and found them to be disorganized, unprofessional, made me wait for more than 20 min (i was 10 mos pregnant at the time.) I was sitting in their magazine are and finally another employee walked by and asked if I was waiting for a manicure. When I said no, waxing...she briskly walked off muttering something in another language, then VERY loudly started arguing with the woman who turned out to be my waxer...saying - "you're having lunch?! You have a client waiting!! The woman who I had an appt with was not at all concerned and kept me waiting for another 5-10 minutes and then came out to greet my while still chewing. The eyebrow wax was avg at best. \r
