I wanted a trim and highlights, but she wouldn't do the color I wanted her to because she thought my hair should be darker. I understand some professional imput, but at the end of the day, I'm the one who decides whats going on with my hair. Anyway, this place is pretentious and snobby. And when I checked out with the receptionist, I asked for a calculator to figure out a tip and she crinkled up her nose and said, "Actually, that's not a very good tip. If you want her to know you were satisfied, you should leave her a little more"!!! WHAT? Since when does a RECEPTIONIST have any business telling me how much money to spend. I'll never go back. They are rude and expensive, and not worth more than a 9.95 hair cut at Cost Cutters.
