Jason Grey is an Expert technician that take pride in knowing his craft and skill. I was truly please with Jasons expert knowledge, direct feedback, and understanding customer's needs and requirement. He made the difference in just getting another HVAC system and getting the best value for what I needed today!
He was truly outsanding at listening to the customer and translating my needs into a value based solution. Most importantly, I valued his direct feedback and concern, much of what I was acustomed to after 30 years of military service.
Please find a way to reward or promote this valued technician who I requested from an earlier HVAC problem three years ago. He is someone I would truly recommend to colleages and friends alike. Thanks to Jason, I will keep ARS at the top of my list of companies to recommend to others.
