I have been using Advanced Carpet Care for the last four years, without any issues. I like that they always have appointment times available. They do a great job, and if I'm ever not pleased for any reason, they are willing to come back and address any issues.
I have an old dog, and feel that Advanced is very good at getting out pet odors. This is my main focus for using them. I first found out about them through my realtor, and we've had a good working relationship. I use them probably twice a year, mostly for carpet cleaning, and occasionally for upholstery.
