Review content:
Natale's Auto Service located in Monterey, CA is a nice auto service shop for small issues such as oil changes, brake fluid, etc. especially for American cars and "muscle cars." However, steer clear from bringing any car in for more detailed car repair issues as there is considerable time and money involved for service such as brake pads replacements, radiator cooling hose and pump checks which may or may not actually need to be repaired. The last time I brought my Firebird into the shop was for brake pad replacement, which turned out to be almost $1,000.00 (and I did not even have new rotors added.) Six months later, my brakes have started to squeak again which leads me to believe there may have been either used pads that replaced my old ones as I never saw the old pads that were removed, or perhaps my brakes may have been "packed" to run well for a short-term period. The result being that I was not pleased with the work performed.
