I shopped Burlington Coat Factory only once and found them to have quality name brand coats at reasonably discounted prices. They have many other items : Clothing, furniture, luggage etc as well.
The reason I rate this store at only okay is because of their return policy. When I made a purchase there, I had asked if the item was returnable and the sales clerk said yes. What she didn't mention was that it was only returnable and not refundable. I wish she had explained that the item ended up not fitting the person properly and because we did not want anything else from the store, we were stuck with the sweater. Oh well, live and learn.
