I have been taking my animals to High Desert for over 12 years. I have never had a bad experience, even when I had to put my beloved pets to sleep, the staff was compassionate and caring. The doctors came out and discussed the treatment they were giving my Nela and when the treatment didn't work the doctor was very honest about costs. She had broke her back and the doctor said that they could keep working on her but it would be costly and he didn't think it would help, I really appreciated the honesty and concern for our family. Over the past 12 years they have assisted in helping myself and my family through some really hard times with our pets, now I have some young pets and I will always bring my pets to High Desert. Just to let you know my family is a multitude of races and we have never been treated badly by anyone at High Desert. Thank You High Desert... Lisa Nava-Hough
