Review content:
This is a company that used to be a good place to get tires or a repair of a tire. We used them often in the past and recommended them to our friends. What happened the last time we went there changed our mind. One of their techs was so rude to us and actually acted as if he were doing us a favor. We were shocked at this treatment and asked the Manager for an explanation. He refused to even discuss it, showing us that our business meant nothing to him.
I expect when I go to have a repair done to be treated with respect, but on this visit we were shocked at the way we were treated. We will never go back and will now tell our friends not to use this business.
Bad service, poor attitude.
