Snobs!!!! For the first time in 15 years, my gas was shut off. Pay, set appointment between 8am-noon. 4 hours, no call. So, I call, well, we don't know when they will get there. And I'm paying for the service call! You have to be kidding. What legitimate company sets up a 4 hour window, can't make it and doesn't really care? Atmos Energy! Atmos - "we'll take your money, but don't you dare get it cut off, because we will treat you like a piece of garbage."
