I called looking for a used car. Brian told me he had one for the price I was looking for; X dollars "cash out the door". I came in for a test drive. The car was in nice condition with low milage for the age. There were minor issues such as a missing antena, and some scratches on the bumber for example. The price was good but not great. If not for the urgent nature of my need, I probably would have gone someplace else. The one issue that keeps bugging me is that when it came time for the paperwork, Brian tried to raise the price roughly another eight hundred dollars for varius fees. I reminded him that it had to be AT or UNDER my price as he had already commited to. He came back with a price at a penny over that amount. I almost got up and walked out right then. They would not throw in a 15 dollar antena either which probably cost them less than 8 bucks. I have a hard time returning to or recommending a dealer that plays games that way! As of now they will have to do something pretty great to earn back any decent sentimate from me. ~ Philip
