I ordered a set of tags and wedding programs in August. They originally claimed that they would be completed by October 1st. I requested very simple fonts (even sent them files for it that they lost!) and typed all of the information up in word for them. They still provided a proof with no where near the fonts and horrible placement (uncentered). They finally got my tags printed (October 14th) but the printing quality was so poor that I was embarrassed to send them out. There was gapping in the ink (like their printer was running low) and most of the tags were not centered correctly. I had to persistently stop by, call, and email them to get the last half of my order (programs). Ink smears were on half of them, and now they say that they reprinted but it was not on the original paper I ordered. They had to use something in their store that was close!!! THIS WAS MY WEDDING? I am furious. Never trust them with anything you think is important. HORRIBLE QUALITY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
