Review content:
I bought a new vehicle from a dealership exactly 20 miles away. The dealership contracted these goons to install a backup camera on the truck as it was part of the deal. After my original test drive the vehicle had five (5) miles on the odometer. I watched Automotive Essentials pick up the vehicle. The dealer did not drive it or touch it after Automotive essentials dropped it back off. My odometer now read 90+ miles. The round trip should have taken 40 total, where did the other 50 come from?? Also, the gas mileage computer now read under 10mpg - my test drive which was pretty aggressive didn't go below 15. So these baboons went for a hand joy ride on my brand new ecoboost truck. Avoid at all costs. Also the rear view camera was ghetto rigged onto the hitch with a tiny piece of 3m tape and fell off after 1 rain. What a joke of a shop.
