Substandard pool equipment provided. Hayward pump was terrible. Read contract very carefully and make sure all that you want is detailed in it. Be prepared to oversee all construction and work with the contractors. Make sure you know a lot about pool construction before hiring this company. You old addage that you get what you pay for is true in this instance. The discount is impressive but they do not finish their pools and you must pay the final price before the pool is complete. Would certainly put a codicil in contract and withold a % until entire project is complete.
