I stayed one night for a heart-related issue. Somehow they managed to use an address I lived at about 20 years prior to send the bill to. Of course, it didn't get paid, so after 3 months they reported it to collections. My wife had our child there about 2 weeks prior, and my wife stayed one night there about 1 week after that for her own heart-related issue. So we had a child birth one weekend, my wife's heart issue the next, and mine the next. The reason I mention this is that they had all of our information correct for the first 2 stays. And they both got paid because we received bills for them. So when the 3rd one didn't get paid, what did they do? Nothing. They just let it go to collections and now I have to fight it for who knows how long. They could have just called one of the cell phones they had from our first 2 stays.
