Does not stand behind his word. I tried to resolve billing issue through BBB. He told us and BBB that he would give us 1/2 refund(compromise). He NEVER sent the check. BBB closed case as unresolved. NOT A MEMBER OF BBB. If he was, the BBB would have more clout......Beware! He is nice to begin, but becomes very unavailable when there is an issue AFTER he has your money and has incorrectly billed you!!!! We made the mistake of also having him put in a sprinkler system.....it is a piece of crap and has never worked properly. There are much better and more trustworthy companies out there! Dont lose your money with this guy who also thinks himself a realtor.....really???? I wouldn't use him for landscaping, sprinkler, or real estate!!!! BEWARE
