So unbelievably rude.......the owner and her daughther......really need to go home to whereever they are from and take a course in customer relations. I had 2 pair of shoes on consignment and was told over the phone to come in and discuss status. I stopped by that evening and was talked to in a manner that I have never experienced at a store before. They asked me for my contract and I am in the process of moving and thought they would have a copy. After listening to the daughter bad mounth me in front of several customers, I went to the owner and told her I had called earlier and they said to come in to determine if my items had sold. I told her that I did not appreciate the younger girls condesending remarks in front of customers and she said, "well we do not appreciate you coming to our store without your contract. I explained that I was moving out of state and did not realize they contracted for 3 months and the owner responded saying, "oh, every one says they are moving". Over priced, RUDE beyond belief......the younger girl also said, I will get your shoes that did not sell, I said, why not keep them and send me the check along with my new boots that did sell (not in the store and no record), and she said, "my mother said we do not want to sell your things". Be careful when dealing with this supposed mother daugther duo......Unbelievably RUDE.
