Review content:
Since taking the storage unit in November of 2010, the price went from 99.00 "Monthly Special" to todays rate of 128.00. Yes everything goes up, but they send you a junk mail type postcard to inform you of the rate. When you pay your bill inside, it takes at least 15 minutes for the desk clerk to pull your account up and review it, than put a receipt in. The same story everytime, "Our computers are so slow, this may take awhile". Sir we rent a measley storage bin, we don't need to hear this, it gets old. As for the price increase, definately not worth it, may as well sell the stuff you have, and save the headache of price increases whenever they feel like it.
