Review content:
With locations in the University district, on West 11th and by Sheldon High School, you will find many or most people in Eugene know Rainbow Optics for a great selection of eye-wear products and good service. The University branch shares space with their Sun & Sports division. Lots of choices for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts, along with some of their edgier frames. You'll find everyone from kids to the elderly in the shop. The employees who work with clients to select frames give honest critiques and make helpful recommendations about styles. They are used to billing insurance, and working with medical reimbursement (flex) plans. Service falls to the side of overdelivering -- my experience has been that I'm told things will take a week but I'm delighted to get my new glasses in much less time!
