Terrible massage. I wouldn't have gone to get services to Graceful if it weren't for a gift certificate given to me for my birthday. My friends know that i love spas. The massage was very unprofessional. I can't believe that they will have someone so unaware of professional etique in a spa room. She spoke very lout and massaged very rough. Terrible experience.
