Businiess name:  The Bike Rack
Review by:  Trinity P.
Review content:
The Bike Rack is the perfect place to get a bike for you or your kid, whether you are serious or casual. You’re not going to find any el-cheapo bikes that are going to fall apart here. They mean business and want to make sure you get the PERFECT bike for you. They have a “bike tester” thingamajig right in the store that allows them to find the right height and type for you. I spent 2 hours there with the sales guy making sure everything was just so. He could easily have been annoyed at all my questions and abandoned me, but he was serious about making sure I was happy. The sales guy also let my husband and I ride around the parking lot until we were satisfied/out of breath. When we finally picked our bikes, they adjusted and oiled the bikes right in front of us to make sure they were “ride-worthy” as soon as we got home. When I got home and took my purchase for a ride, I found that I made the wrong decision and went back for the other bike that I was torn between. The same guy was working, and he just laughed and made the exchange—no problem. Plus, they offer you a free tune-up after you’ve ridden the bike some so that you don’t have to deal with squeaky brakes or loose chains after it’s broken in. The prices are not Wal-Mart prices, but the quality is WAY better than Wal-Mart too.
