I was excited to be getting my facial as the description promised so many "extras" that I didn't mind spending the $120.00...BUT the little extras never happened. My skin feels good and it seems more hydrated but the extras promised, "This is followed with a light massage of the neck, dcollet, and neck. During the specialty masque, a soothing hand and foot massage is applied." never happened so that was very disappointing. Also, in other facials I've been given a little feedback on the condition of my skin...that was missing as well. Overall NOT a good value for the $$.
