I had brought my elding dog there for a few years mainly for annual shots. When she started to develop issues, I was in the approx 8 times in 5 months. Spending over $900 for care that did nothing to help her. The last being a tumor that they wanted $800 to remove and being new to the area a friend recommended Brookside Animal Hospital.
We went there for a second opinion and found that it was a $50 procedure with little or minimal pain. I will never go back to Jem Vetcare. Its all about money and taking advantage of owners that consider their pets as part of their families.
