Good: Catherine Work. She LISTENED and gave me something other than a cookie cutter haircut and the way she did my color was different and looked really cool and unique. LOVE IT!. Bad: The girls that answered the phone could have been more pleasant. I asked to book with a female and I felt pushed to book with a male stylist. I got my way though and was happy in the end.. Improvements: Less pushyness by the girl that answered the phone to book my appointment. Other: The customer service I received from my stylist was superb. I felt like someone listened to me and that just might be a first for me..
