Review content:
We started our child with HLC years ago. All was great with Mrs. Tina then all of a sudden when our child moved up he was a problem. We received call after call regarding our child's behavior. This behavior was labeled as not sitting in his chair, talking when asked not to and being disruptive. I am sorry to say that after two meetings with the director we asked her what they were trying to do to make sure our child was behaving as told and they told us "We do not know what to do...We have never had a child behave like this!" He was 4 years old at the time. HLC asked us to enroll him elsewhere after us trying to help at home, which we did not see the behavior...very embarrassing and HLC's response proved that their teachers were not equipped to handle typical "children" behaviors. The overall facilities were wonderful but the administration was unprepared and their ways of redirecting a child to correct a behavior were very much lacking. Good luck.
