This was my 4th move in last 5 years. Infinity is the worst movers I have ever dealt with. Why worst okay let me detail you... They quoted me $2700 for one bedroom move from NY to LA, CA. They arrived 9 hours late at 8pm, as per deal they packed my stuffs and loaded on truck by 10:30pm and asked me to sign a contract of $3870 and also threatened to take my stuffs out and charge for packing stuffs if I don't agree for $3870. Just to let you know I booked the same stuffs I told their sales representative that I would be moving and actually I left my queen size mattress. Okay, I had no choice but to sign as it was too late in the night and I had a flight early next day. In LA, California they arrived 2 days late than what was agreed. They were supposed to come at 5pm but they came at 3pm when I was at work... They told my wife that they will charge $150 extra for long carry and refused to show the agreement I signed. To further let you know, I was told that there won't be any charge for long carry as Infinity will pick and deliver and there won't be any agent in between... I reached home at 4pm and they were waiting for me. I was told that I have to $1388 (balance amt.) + $150 for long carry. I was prepared with 1500 in cash. When I asked abt the agreement where I agreed for long carry changes he was not willing to show. But when I insisted they showed me and then I realized when they came to pick my stuffs they got my sign on agreement at 10:30 pm, I wanted to finish this soon so I didn't realize this. Anyways, I saw the agreement was if there is a long carry after 200 feet they will charge $75 per 75 feet. My apartment was hardly 100 feet from the main door where the truck was parked. After several arguments they didn't move a single stuff of mine and wanted everything in cash... finally I took my phone out to call 911. They realized this and moved my stuffs in. Nothing but this company is Pathetic, Cheat, Liar, rude and what not!!! Beware!!!
