Review content:
I've gone through 5 temp agencies and I have to say that this one really isn't worth going back to. Usually small agencies are ideal since they usually provide a more personable service and are more attentive to what you are looking for. But with this place I had to call numerous times a day to remind them that I exist. I had no problems with the assignments I was offered and there was no "over-selling" of assignments like many agencies do, but there was next to no commitment to finding temp-to-hire jobs even after being with them for several months.
So, even though you don't have the over-selling or pushiness of the big guys, the end result is the same. You are just as likely to get lost in the shuffle and to end up with false claims of commitment to finding temp-to-hire jobs.
Pros: Not pushy and no over-selling of assignments
Cons: Not attentive or reliable, not committed to temp-to-hire jobs
