If you miss your appointment or if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you still have to pay for it.
The waxing was not too painful.
I also received a haircut and it wasn't what I asked for or showed in the picture. Also, the hairstylist didn't tell me until he was finished with the cut that he couldn't do it. I could've picked a different cut that I would like.
My advice is to go here if you're sure you can make your appointment and you are getting a simple haircut.
