This is my third visit to this awesome place of greatness...and I was more than pleased with how Ms Bailey listened to what my concerns and complaints were...as far as my hair goes. I wanted the length...but I was overheating due to massive amounts of hair. I do not know how she was able to cut so much of my hair off, yet still have the length I desire... and... I still have quite a bit of hair....however no more overheating! Thank you Ms Bailey for your many gifts and talents...and thank you for sharing them with me. I love my new hair style. Happy Holidays to you all at the SF Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology. I will see you next year! Peace.....
