Review content:
The first hurdle at Kiva is getting someone to answer the phone. If you manage to get someone to answer, the next trick is not getting put on hold for 10 minutes or more. Once you have a live human being, you still have a problem because they're more concerned with themselves than helping you get an appointment. Talk about arrogance. It wasn't worth the trouble.
