This is the last place on earth any cat lover should go. What started off as a simple front paw declawing turned into a $800.00 nightmare. First they failed to put a protective collar on my cat after his surgery, then after he pulled out the stitches they GLUED THEM SHUT. Still no collar by then he had chewed his paws...then they put on a collar after they charged extra because he was disruptive, then more anesthesia, more nights in hospital, more extra charges, extra visits my cat was dying before my very eyes plus he now he was so constipated he was full,,also not peeing finally after 2 weeks and a $500.00 bill I finally took him to Vets To Cats...it took them$ 300.00 and some real TLC to undo all that was done. Also during all the time my cat was at North Roanoke I only got to see the vet once and when on the third visit I requested to see her I was told she had "nothing to discuss" Even the help was awful right down to the mean pregnant office receptionist. This place was a HELL HOLE. Don't go to this place you will be sorry. Cons: none
